You agree to use Nomada only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Share false or misleading information
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the app
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Collect user data without consent

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 User Content

When you post content (photos, comments, routes) on Nomada:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Nomada a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app
• You represent that you have the right to share this content
• You are responsible for the content you post
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

4.2 Nomada's Intellectual Property

All Nomada branding, logos, designs, features, and functionality are owned by Nomada and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Services and Features

5.1 App Features

Nomada provides:

• Ride tracking and GPS navigation
• Group riding coordination and communication
• Route discovery and sharing
• Bike garage and specifications management
• Social features and community connections
• Performance statistics and achievements
• Emergency SOS features

5.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or the entire service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation of services.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains:

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Nomada is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses.

7.2 Navigation and Location Accuracy

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomada and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or damages during rides
• Lost data or content
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions of other users
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nomada harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through our account deletion page. Termination will be processed within 90 days.

9.2 Termination by Nomada

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account poses security risks
• We are required to do so by law
• You engage in harassment or abusive behavior

10. Third-Party Services

Nomada may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Google Maps for navigation
• Social media platforms for sharing
• Payment processors for subscriptions
• Analytics and advertising services

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with Nomada:

2. We will work with you to resolve the issue informally
3. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the app
• Sending an email or in-app notification
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of Nomada after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nomada
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to affiliates
