Important Information

Before you proceed, please understand that deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. The following data will be deleted:

  • Your profile information and account details
  • All your ride history and statistics
  • Your bike garage and specifications
  • Photos and content you've shared
  • Group memberships and connections
  • All app settings and preferences

This process typically takes up to 90 days to complete.

How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion can only be done through the Nomada mobile app.

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to permanently delete your account.

Open the Nomada App

Launch the Nomada app on your mobile device and make sure you're logged in to your account.

Navigate to Profile Tab

Tap on the Profile tab located at the bottom navigation bar of the app.

Open Settings

Tap on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner of your profile screen.

Select Delete Account

Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and tap on Delete Account.

Fill in Required Fields

Enter the following information to confirm your identity:

  • Password: Your current account password
  • Email: Your registered email address

Confirm Deletion

Tap the Delete My Account button to permanently delete your account.

Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.

Processing Time

Once you complete the deletion process, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 90 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
