- Emergency Contacts: Names and phone numbers of your
designated SOS contacts
- User-Generated Content: Photos, comments, and messages
you share in the app
1.2 Location Information
Nomada is a location-based service. We collect and use location data
to provide core features:
- Real-Time Location: GPS coordinates during active rides
for tracking and navigation
- Location History: Routes and trip data for your riding
records
- Proximity Services: Finding nearby riders and bikes
- Group Ride Coordination: Sharing location with riding
group members
You control location sharing:
Location data is only collected when you actively use the app's ride tracking features or when
you explicitly share your location with riding groups.
1.3 Device and Usage Information
We automatically collect:
- Device type, operating system, and version
- App version and settings
- IP address and mobile network information
- App usage statistics and performance data
- Crash reports and error logs
1.4 Contacts (Optional)
With your permission, we may access your device contacts to:
- Help you find friends on Nomada
- Add emergency SOS contacts easily
- Invite others to riding groups
Note: We do not upload or store
your entire contact list on our servers.
1.5 Camera and Photo Library (Optional)
With your permission, we access:
- Camera: To take photos of bikes, rides, and events
- Photo Library: To upload existing photos for profiles
and bike listings

your account is active
- Deleted Accounts: Information is deleted within 90 days
of account deletion
- Trip History: Stored for your records unless you delete
it
- Legal Retention: Some data may be retained longer to

and Choices
5.1 Access and Control
You have the right to:
- Access: View your personal information in the app
- Update: Edit your profile, bikes, and settings at any
time
- Delete: Remove your account and associated data - Request
account deletion
- Export: Request a copy of your data
5.2 Location Sharing
You can control location access:
- Enable/disable location services in your device settings
- Stop sharing location by ending active rides
- Leave riding groups to stop location sharing with members
5.3 Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at
any time.
Request Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your Nomada account, you can submit a deletion request
through our dedicated account deletion page.
What happens when you delete your account:
- Your profile, account details, and personal information will be permanently deleted
- All ride history, statistics, and saved routes will be removed
- Your bike garage and specifications will be deleted
- Photos, comments, and other content you've shared will be removed
- You will be removed from all groups and connections
- This action is irreversible and permanent
Processing time: Account deletion requests are typically
processed within 90 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is
complete.
Before deleting your account, consider alternatives such as:
- Disabling notifications in app settings
- Making your profile private to hide from other users
- Simply uninstalling the app (your data remains for when you return)
- Contacting our support team to help resolve any issues

Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption: Data encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at
rest
- Authentication: Secure login with password protection
- Access Controls: Limited access to personal information
- Regular Audits: Security assessments and vulnerability

7. Children's

Nomada is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not

from a child, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify
