  • Group Ride Coordination: Sharing location with riding group members

You control location sharing: Location data is only collected when you actively use the app's ride tracking features or when you explicitly share your location with riding groups.

1.4 Contacts (Optional)

Note: We do not upload or store your entire contact list on our servers.

5.1 Access and Control

  • Update: Edit your profile, bikes, and settings at any time
  • Delete: Remove your account and associated data - Request account deletion

5.2 Location Sharing

You can control location access:

  • Enable/disable location services in your device settings
  • Stop sharing location by ending active rides
  • Leave riding groups to stop location sharing with members

5.3 Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Request Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your Nomada account, you can submit a deletion request through our dedicated account deletion page.

What happens when you delete your account:

  • Your profile, account details, and personal information will be permanently deleted
  • All ride history, statistics, and saved routes will be removed
  • Your bike garage and specifications will be deleted
  • Photos, comments, and other content you've shared will be removed
  • You will be removed from all groups and connections
  • This action is irreversible and permanent

Processing time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 90 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Before deleting your account, consider alternatives such as:

  • Disabling notifications in app settings
  • Making your profile private to hide from other users
  • Simply uninstalling the app (your data remains for when you return)
  • Contacting our support team to help resolve any issues

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • Encryption: Data encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Authentication: Secure login with password protection
  • Access Controls: Limited access to personal information
  • Regular Audits: Security assessments and vulnerability testing
